Attention to Detail

Our installation procedures meet and often exceed all manufacturers, local, and southeastern roofing codes. We use only the best fungus-resistant shingles by CertainTeed, GAF and Owens Corning, metal roofing by Fabral and Metal Sales, concrete tiles by Monier/Lifetile and Hanson, and clay tiles by Santa Fe.

Our Story

I have over 39 years experience in the roofing industry.

I was introduced to the trade in 1973, working for my father's company in Valhalla, New York. My father started me as a laborer on a residential roofing crew having to prove the point that it did not matter whether or not I was the boss’ son. So, I polished my skills and showed him I was a leader. In return, I became foreman of the crew.

It is this experience I brought with me to Palm Coast, where I opened my own roofing company in January, 1981.

Since the establishment of the Flagler County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, in 1994, Stephen M. Rende Roofing has donated every roof.
