Thermostats will be checked and calibrated as required

Motors and bearing will be lubricated

Controls and safeties will be tested as needed

Relays and contactors will be inspected

Unit wiring and electrical disconnect will be inspected - all loose electrical connections will be tightened

Temperature and pressures will be checked and recorded

Air filters will be checked and replaced. Filter can be purchased through us if needed.
