He, along with his wife Judy and daughter Melissa, have been providing top quality optical services to the residents of Flagler County since 1989, beginning in the Palm Harbor Shopping Village, then into Scotty's Plaza, and finally to ourmost recent location off of Cypress Point Parkway.
