In one quick call, Carmenda had my computer to Rodney, who ever so quickly figured out why my computer was acting up and FIXED it and had it back to me in no time! Now, how's that for great customer service. Here I had suffered without it for days and in an instant it was fixed and I was connected to the world once again. I went to staples to fix my computer, and when they couldn't help me without sending my computer out of the store, they sent me to A1A on Palm Coast parkway. In 24 hours, they had my business laptop back up and running and better than ever for a great price, including a new power cord. Thanks, and deep up the great service!
